I've built brands and teams around the world, up to VP and C-Suite level, in Marketing, Strategy and Business/Organisational Transformation. I've worked for some of the world's most respected companies. I've had some big wins, and screwed up spectacularly...but I'm still here, excited to tell the tale.
I'm in flow when I'm helping individuals and groups unleash their true potential (and when I'm scuba diving, but that's less do-able on a daily basis when you're based in London!).
I'm a Co-Active coach in training...building my skills with the world's leading coaching programme. I'm also trained in CliftonStrengths and GROW coaching methodologies.
I live with my partner, Andrea, and our 2 cats Ziggy and Stardust. I love behavioural science, manta rays and a generous gin & tonic.
